Like many men who grew up during the depression, World War 2, and the Korean War Jim Bruders had a strong set of beliefs that were reflected in every aspect of his life. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps and upon discharge, he landed a job at Pacific Northwest Bell where he met the love of his life, Mary Lynch.
Jim and Mary were married for over 61 years and shared three sons: Bill, Thom, and Dennis. Jim exemplified humility, courage, and commitment throughout his life and role as a husband, father, and grandfather.
